Planning Approval
Planning approval is
generally required where a homeowner has
exceeded their PDRs (Permitted
Development Rights).
This is set
at 70cum for semi & detached properties and 50cum for end
&
mid terraced properties. Our conservatory
designer will advise you whether your
installation requires planning.

FENSA
requirements
Currently,
there is no requirement for a conservatory
to be FENSA registered. However, as
Conservatory Specialists, we believe all
conservatories should be installed using at
least FENSA standards Our NOVUS high
performance glass meets and surpasses these
standards.
